It is no work. The problem, is so serius. I have Win10 bit, Python 3. I had this error while installing pybullet. The solution I think for me was to uninstall Visual Studio Community Then reinstall it.

You should see this under the Desktop and mobile tab in the Visual Studio Installer. If you already have Visual Studio Community try modify the installation in the Visual Studio Installer app and add the package I mention above. This might also work but I have not tried.

I had this problem installing scrapydo, so i see this answer stackoverflow and it worked! Setup is taking so long to install why? I'm sure i have a good stable internet connection. Thanks for taking the time to write these out. Deleting installation cache is dangerous. It will cause problems when you'll want to uninstall everything to start from scratch. Did 1- 8 and works fine; I suggest adding these comments to your tutorial: comment 1 you can easily download necessary modules after installation; comment 5 you should download the runtime libraries manually from Microsoft web — Stepo.

For anyone who has it succeed the first time, but then when it's starting up for the first time, it fails and crashes, repair install it again.
